        The Building Authority has issued the following Circular Letters to Property Management Companies which can be viewed/downloaded vide the link below:

2.        The Circular Letters serve to solicit the co-operation of property management companies in paying special attention to the safety of bamboo scaffolds for building maintenance or repair works, as well as the threat that may be posed by typhoons to the buildings/estates under their management and the proper precautionary measures to avoid public and building safety incidents.
