With the problem of ageing buildings aggravating, redevelopment alone is not enough to address the issue. Extending the service life of buildings is crucial. In light of this, the URA has launched a light-hearted TV series titled 《舊區更新：業主齊心　修「新」滿分》 which presents the root causes of ageing buildings and offers guidance for property owners on building rehabilitation and preventive maintenance.  The TV series consists of 15 episodes, each addressing an owner’s concerns, responsibilities, and best practices for conducting building maintenance. The TV series is being broadcast in TVB and can be viewed at this link: https://bit.ly/4gYPF2s .
