The Hong Kong Institute of Housing (HKIH)

Introduction

Housing managers have been working behind the scene to enhance a harmonious and well-managed living and working environment for all local citizens over the years. Outstanding housing managers should be recognised and made known to a wider public. With this in mind, The Hong Kong Institute of Housing (HKIH) launched the first HKIH Elite Awards in 2020 to reward and also to recognise professionalism of our members and other industry practitioners.

By bringing together leading corporate executives, professionals and academic institutions, as well as industry leaders, the HKIH Elite Awards offers an excellent opportunity for local property management professional individuals and teams to be recognised for their achievement and contribution. In order to commend industry practitioners and their teams continually, HKIH launches the HKIH Elite Awards 2024 now.

Nomination Procedure

Fill in and submit the online nomination form on or before Friday, 28 June 2024, HKT 12 noon. Late submissions will NOT be considered.

Required Nomination Documents and Materials

Please download and study Nomination Guide BEFORE submitting online. It is recommended to prepare all content according to the Guide before you do the online submission to avoid information lost due to unforeseeable circumstances.

The following contents are required for online submission:

Part 1: Nomination Form – Complete online. ALL information marked with * must be filled out.

Part 2: Files Upload -

1. Main Nomination Document: Upload ONE PDF file (<10MB) with a maximum of 8 pages in 12-font-size (If exceeds 8 pages, only the first 8 pages will be valid). Design and layout making is welcomed. Content of file can include but not limited to:
   • Necessary content that aligns with judging criteria;
   • Photos, graphics, diagrams, testimonials, and any aids that help elaborate submission content.
2. Supplementary Summary: Upload ONE PDF file (<2MB) with a maximum of 2 pages in 12-font-size (If exceeds 2 pages, only the first 2 pages will be valid). Summary should be in text-format ONLY and structured into sessions that strictly follows applicable judging criteria as listed on Nomination Guide. For example, Supplementary Summary for Outstanding Manager nomination should be in the four sessions of: Personal Achievement, Professionalism, Innovation and Creativity, and Collaboration and Leadership, as listed in the Nomination Guide.
3. Additional Photos: Upload ONE Zip File (<10MB) with a maximum of 4 images. Recommended images include but not limited to individual photo, team photo, building photo, case study photo. The images should be in “.jpg” format with an image resolution of 350 dpi or above.
4. Company Logos: Upload ONE Zip File (<2MB) with official company logo, BOTH “.ai” AND “.jpg” formats, with image resolution of 350 dpi or above.

Notes:

1. All submissions must be written in either English or Traditional Chinese.
2. HKIH Elite Awards 2024 Organising Committee reserves the right to reproduce, print, or publish the submitted material, in either paper or electronic format, or for any use in association with HKIH activities and periodicals.

Required Materials from Finalists

A 20-second video will be obtained from the nominees who entered the finalist round. The video introduces the project and will be displayed at the Awards Presentation Ceremony. Submission deadline will be Early October 2024.

Nomination Fee
