Dear Members,

The Hong Kong Institute of Housing (“HKIH”) is pleased to announce our extension of concessionary offer on entrance fee for our ex-Corporate Members who would like to rejoining HKIH.

As a gesture of encouragement, we would waive 50% of the one-off entrance fee upon successful approval of their membership application. This extension of special offer will last from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024.  As usual, the applicant will be required to fulfill membership entry requirements in accordance with our By-laws and subject to the final approval of the General Council of HKIH.  Please also note that ex-Fellow Members (F.H.K.I.H.) can only apply for Members of HKIH (M.H.K.I.H.) which is in line with the latest application policy.
