“A Visit to The International Gateway Centre”
The Hong Kong Institute of Housing and the Chartered Institute of Housing Asia Pacific Branch have jointly arranged a visit for the HKIH members, CIHAPB members and PMSA licensees with details as below:

| Introduction | Situated atop the West Kowloon High Speed Rail terminus, The International Gateway Centre is a landmark development within the West Kowloon commercial clusters. Spanning 3.2 million square feet, it strengthens connectivity between Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. Its state-of-the-art architectural design and advanced technology applications exemplify a new generation of intelligent buildings. This visit offers members an opportunity to explore the development and gain insights into its property management strategies and practices.
The visit will include a guided tour and an interactive discussion, allowing members to exchange views with the management team and fellow practitioners. |
