The Hong Kong Institute of Housing is planning an one day visit to Shenzhen (深圳一天參觀交流團) for enhancing connection and collaboration. Please refer details as follows:

(Remarks: Please register by completing the Reply Slip online (please click here for the registration reply slip) on or before 13 March 2026.
HKIH will notify the successful participant by e-mail after registration deadline for the payment arrangement.
HKIH reserve the right to cancel the visit due to insufficient participants and to claim back from members any forfeited sum due to your personal changes.
Participants are advised to arrange their own travel insurance though basic coverage is included. | ||

| 08:45-12:30 | 乘坐旅遊巴從香港出發到深圳灣口岸，再轉乘國內旅遊巴前往「瑪絲菲爾大廈」位於深圳巿龍華區大浪時尚小鎮，是一座耗時15年、耗資10 億人民幣打造的超現實主義仿生藝術建築，被網友稱為｜魔獸大廈」或「外星基地」。該建築以自然生物為靈感，採用大量回收舊材，集品牌總部辦公、藝術展覽、高端酒店於一體，是深圳知名的網紅打卡點 |
