全身伸展體驗班
The Hong Kong Institute of Housing has arranged “全身伸展體驗班” for members, details as below.

| Content | 透過放鬆肌肉及筋膜，舒緩痛症。學員同時藉此養成運動習慣。 |

| Fee | Free of charge for HKIH Member |
| Remarks | 參加者請穿著合適的運動衣服及運動鞋。 |

Rights of taking photographs and video footages by the Institute
The Institute may take photographs and/or video footages for the event. The Institute reserves its rights to use, reproduce, exhibit, display, and/or publish these photographs and/or video footages via any media including but not limited to the Institute’s social media, website and publication for image promotion, marketing and/or record purposes when the Institute thinks fit to do so.
The attendance by any person to the event implies that consent is given by that person to the Institute to be filmed and/or photographed and for any photographs or video footage taken to be used by the Institute via any media and/or in its website or publications or for its promotional activities.
