The Hong Kong Institute of Housing (“The Institute”) has invited Labour Department to deliver a talk for HKIH members and PMSA licensees with details as below:

PMSA CPD  | This is an “Official” and “Core” activity related to “Law and Regulations” under the CPD Scheme of the Property Management Services Authority. Holders of Property Management Practitioner Licence may receive a maximum of 1 CPD hour by participating in the activity/ course. |
